April 4, 2024, Hyannis- This year, the Hyannis Main Street community will be hosted once again at an unforgettable dining experience for over 600 people, right down the middle of Main Street! Home to over 120 locally owned businesses, and over 40 “Fabulous Owner Operated Dining” establishments, Hyannis Main Street is truly a “F.O.O.D. District.”
This year, we are celebrating the families, farmers, and fishermen bringing authentic Cape Cod flavors to Hyannis Main Street. We are honored to be partnering with the Cape Cod Fishermen’s Alliance for Long Table.
Seven years ago, we hosted the first Long Table in the Beech Tree/Anejo alley. Thanks to new collaborations in 2019 with the Town of Barnstable, we had the opportunity to hold the Long Table right on the street (from Barnstable Road to Pearl Street). Like the Sienna in Italy, or Savour the Avenue in Del Ray, Florida, this yearly event is designed to nurture the neighborly atmosphere at the heart and soul of Main Street.
The program begins at 5 pm, with attendees arriving for a welcome drink and to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the event. At 6 pm, the four course meals commence with music and a toast with our host. The evening concludes at 9 pm, with after parties hosted at various Main Street locations.

Even if you are not attending, there are great ways to come and take part in the Long Table Day. You can shop (120+ locally owned businesses), stroll, eat at one of the restaurants along the street, and view the Long Table event. You are encouraged to come and vote for your, the people’s choice, favorite decorated table!

Any proceeds from Long Table will go towards continuing the Main Street Lights Initiative, this year that will include new lighting in the East and West End alleys.
