Hyannis Main Street BID Announces Summer Music Stroll is Back:
TD Banknorth Supports Local Musicians
The TD Banknorth Music Stroll will be back again every Thursday this summer featuring roving musicians who will entertain outdoor diners and shoppers on Main Street, Hyannis.
The first 2007 Summer Music Stroll will kickoff on Thursday, July 5th with Tripping Lily, a folk-pop quartet that does sassy bluegrass; Cape Harmony, all female a capella group; and John Dirac Project, a bluesy, acoustic folk music band, and various other musicians. Thursday, July 12th will feature the drum and bagpipe band, Colum Cille; Cape Harmony; the John Dirac Project and guitarist Jason Valcourt. Every Thursday from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. throughout the summer new and exciting musicians will be performing on Main Street. Come and enjoy a summer evening strolling Main Street, listening to great music, and visiting over 120 shops and 40 restaurants and cafés.
